Explore topics like effective leadership, motivating your team, creative rainy day programming, and designing impactful staff orientation. After lunch, re-energize with a group activity and continue building your toolkit with sessions on facilitation, navigating communication challenges, social-emotional learning, and working with Gen-Z staff.

Wrap up the day with reflection and goal setting so you leave feeling confident, inspired, and ready to lead your camp community with purpose.
