About Our Presenters:
Jeffrey Schor, MD, MBA, MPH
Dr. Jeffrey Schor is a healthcare executive and physician leader who currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Concierge Pediatrics. He is also the founder of PM Pediatric Care, where he led as co-Chief Executive Officer from 2005 to 2024. Under his leadership, PM Pediatric Care grew into one of the largest urgent care organizations in the US with over 90 locations in 16 states, as well as being known for setting the standard in pediatric urgent care delivery, clinical quality, and patient experience. PM Pediatric Care also worked with dozens of local and summer camps throughout the early Covid period, helping to provide education, protocols, and care during that difficult time. On a personal level, Dr. Schor spent 20+ years as a camp doctor while also helping to coordinate care throughout the year by developing protocols, determining supply needs, and creating staffing models.
Prior to founding PM Pediatric Care, Dr. Schor served as Director of Pediatric Emergency Medicine and Associate Chairman of Emergency Medicine at New York-Presbyterian Queens (formerly New York Hospital Queens), where he played a key role in the development and expansion of both pediatric and adult emergency services. Dr. Schor is board certified in both Pediatrics and Pediatric Emergency Medicine.
Jonathan Jassey, DO
Dr. Jonathan Jassey is the founding physician and Chief Medical Officer of Concierge Pediatrics. He graduated from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency at Winthrop University Hospital. Board certified in Pediatrics, Dr. Jassey specializes in pediatric care from infancy to late adolescence, with expertise in sleep issues, autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and OCD. Dr. Jassey has served as the head physician at Trails End Camp for over 10 years.
Dr. Jassey is the co-author of The Newborn Sleep Book and has earned multiple awards, including the Patients’ Choice Award, the Compassionate Doctor Recognition Award, LI Top Docs Award, and he has been a Best of Long Island nominee for Best Pediatrician three years in a row. Outside of medicine, he enjoys coaching his daughters in sports and is a passionate fan of the Mets, Giants, Knicks, and Islanders.
