From 4:00–5:30 PM ET, we’ll gather for a relaxed, interactive session where you can bring a real challenge, question, or workplace grievance and workshop it with peers who truly get it.
Through guided small-group conversations and collaborative problem-solving, you’ll gain fresh perspectives, practical ideas, and a renewed sense of confidence heading into the busy camp season. Whether you’re navigating staff dynamics, program planning, or just looking for a sounding board, this is your space to connect, reflect, and grow.
And of course—what’s Cinco de Mayo without a little fun? Feel free to bring your favorite festive drink (margarita optional, good vibes guaranteed) as we toast to the summer ahead and the incredible community we’re building together.
