DESCRIPTION:This virtual workshop is designed to help camp staff understand how stress impacts the brain and body and to build practical tools for supporting children\, families\, and colleagues during times of heightened uncertainty. Participants learn to distinguish between positive\, tolerable\, and toxic stress\, apply principles of Psychological First Aid\, strengthen communication\, and develop concrete “coping ahead” plans for real-world challenges.
