LinkedIn Analysis Shows 2019 Employers Are Looking for Soft Skills (the same ones gained working at camp!)

Yesterday, CNBC ran an article titled "The 10 Most in-demand skills of 2019" and cited an analysis LinkedIn conducted to determine which skills hiring companies need the most in 2019.  They found that employers were looking for both soft and hard skills and not surprisingly, the top 5 soft skills needed are skills gained working as a camp counselor: Time Management, Adaptability, Collaboration, Persuasion and Creativity.  Read the full article here.
