Meet Project Real Job
Get assistance with communicating the career-enhancing benefits of working at camp to prospective employees and their parents.
#ProjectRealJob was created by the American Camp Association’s Staff & Retention Committee in 2017 to support camps as they strive to hire and keep seasonal staff. A primary focus is defining why camp employment is valuable for personal and professional development. The volunteers leading Project Real Job have created social media tools (including a super fun TikTok channel @workatcamp) and continue to spread awareness throughout camp conferences, research, and blog posts.
