Don't just go back to your hotel when sessions are over! We have tons of fun social events planned for the evening hours. Social events at the Tri-State CAMP Conference allow for time to kick back and spend time with colleagues and meet new friends - a great place to network with conference attendees, speakers, and exhibitors, join us to let loose after a day in the convention center.
Monday, March 10th
Dueling Pianos at The Royce
Where: The Royce Social Hall (Tropicana)
When: 8:30 pm - 11:00 pm
The ACA, NY & NJ EPIC Committee invites all to join us for our 2nd annual Dueling Pianos event! After a PACKED house last year, we have decided to bring back to fun. This free event is hosted by EPIC (Emerging Professionals in Camping) but open to all - the more the merrier! Join us for some classic social hall fun (ping, pong, giant games, bowling, shuffleboard, and more) plus a stellar performance by our incredible Dueling Piano performers. More details to come!
Tuesday, March 11th
Shop and Schmooze with Our Vendors!
Where: Vendor Hall
When: 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Join us in the exhibit hall for an hour of unopposed time to shop and schmooze with our 300+ exhibitors. Have a snack at a food vendors booth, try your hand at one of the many games or attractions, swing on a Ninja Warrior Course rig, create at one of the many arts & craft vendors’ booths, and get your vendor “passport” stamped for your chance to win $250*!
*Raffle winner will be announced on Wednesday, March 15th at 4:55 pm back in the exhibit hall. Must be present to win.
Happy Hour @ Dave & Buster’s Atlantic City

EVERYONE has fun at Dave & Buster’s! Unwind after a day of learning with a game of skeeball, watching some sports on the multiple TVs and meet-up with fellow #TSCamp attendees for good old-fashion fun. With hundreds of games to play, everyone leaves feeling like the campers we serve! Thanks to D&B Atlantic City any attendee, vendor or speaker that shows up with their badge will receive a FREE $10 play card and a FREE appetizer. Bring your camp group, come solo and meet new friends and continue networking with the best people around, camp people! We cannot wait to see you there.
Wednesday, March 12th
5K Fun Run/Walk for SCOPE
Where: Atlantic City Boardwalk, meet outside of Bally’s
When: 7:15 am
Cost: $10 per person
Join us as we start the day right with a 5K run on the pristine Atlantic City Boardwalk. A $10 entrance fee will go directly towards SCOPE whose goal is to send 6 children from low-income families in the Atlantic City area to summer camp. Learn more about SCOPE (Summer Camp Opportunities Promote Education). Stop by registration to sign up if you have not done so already.
Adult Canteen: Closing Dinner @ #TSCamp2025
Location: The Yard at Bally’s
Time: 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
Cost: $55 per person
Back after a hiatus, join your fellow attendees, speakers and exhibitors at our closing social event. Join us at Atlantic City’s newest venue, The Yard, for an evening of a strolling dinner, cash bar and entertainment provided by AJH Entertainment. Plenty of screens, bar games and more will be available to create an atmosphere that is not only fun, but conducive to networking. We cannot wait to celebrate the last night of the conference with you!

This meeting is open to directors, program leaders, and any staff who provide programs for the special needs population.
