Tri-State CAMP Conference:
VOCE (Veterans of the Camping Experience) Program

VOCE stands for Veterans of the Camp Experience and serves those camp professionals who have been in management roles at camp for at least five consecutive years with ultimate operational authority. We invite anyone who fits this criterion to join us for two special Tri-State CAMP Conference sessions designed by and for the VOCE community.

At the conference, they will sit down together once each day—for interactive discussions about camp and their roles.

The VOCE program costs $125 per person and includes two sessions with meals included. A one-day option is $75 per person. Registration is required at least one day in advance!

Add VOCE to your registration here or call the ACA, NY & NJ office for assistance (212) 391-5208.

Did you know today's workplace may consist of up to five unique generations?
These generations often hold varying views on values, work, and success as shaped by formative experiences. A major pitfall in developing strong multi-generational teams are the common assumptions and generalizations made about each generation.
This session will provide best practices for empowering multi-generational teams to meet the demands of the 21st century workforce, workplace, and marketplace. Participants will leave with an understanding of how to be a more inclusive leader of multi-generational teams.

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 12
